Multi-Layer Stall Mat Roll

KEW Plus LongLine is KRAIBURG’s newest variation of the proven KEW Plus three-layer system which has been showcasing it’s durability since 2004. KEW Plus LongLine has the same multi-layer technology that the traditional KEW Plus offers but extends it into an 82′ roll. Our 82′ roll covers approximately 21 stalls!

The three functional layers create approximately 2.5” of lying comfort.  Sealing lips around the outside edge completely surround the foam inlay and the lower mat, preventing dirt and bedding from making its way underneath.  KEW Plus adjusts to every load condition while supporting the correct resting position of the cow.

  • Each of the three components adds additional layers of functional softness

The product features a two layered system, where the 8mm (5/16″) thick virgin rubber top cover bridges the revolutionary double bubble underpad, to create the perfect balance of comfort and strength. Unlike the competition, this robust rubber structure ensures there is nothing to compact, leak, freeze or decay, as the springy rubber pad will be sure to maintain its cushion.
Our unique rib system on the front and rear of the stall prevents the rubber from cracking and splitting like traditional systems, all while maintaining a flat and scrapable rear edge. Another major advantage of the molded front and rear ribs is the ease of installation, negating the need for excessive fastening.

KKM’s unique honeycomb underside ensures excellent lying softness and supports the weight of cows. KKM LongLine can be used as a free stall mat or a tie stall mat.

KKM is available in 3 different mat styles:
   1. Continuous stall mat roll – 65′ 6″

   2. Individual stall mats with straight edges that are laid side             by side or joined with a connector bar (recommended if               you use fine bedding)

   3. Individual interlocking stall mats with puzzled edges that             quickly interlock together

KKM LongLine features KRAIBURG’s proven pebbled surface that optimizes slip-resistance. Like all KRAIBURG stall mats there are sealing lips on the underside that minimizes soiling under the mat and there is a slope to the rear edge that helps facilitate drainage and keep the mat clean and dry.
