Manual or Motorized Curtain Systems

Curtain System:

  • End drive or center drive systems

  • Single roll up, double roll up, middle roll up, or middle double roll up

  • Fully adjustable for minimum winter ventilation or maximum summer ventilation

 

Drive Options:

  • Manual drive with 6′ or 9′ shepherd’s hook

  • Motorized climbing drives with built in adjustable limit switches and optional protective cable guide

  • 2 year warranty on motors

 

Control Options:

  • Manual control (JDN4M-5)

  • Programmable control with thermostat, temperature sensor and power supply (JDN4-5)

  • 12 or 16 stage ventilation control (JD412M) with optional remote power supply (JDR2-5)

 

Wind Pockets and Restraints:

  • Heavy gauge galvanized wind pockets to protect your drive system

  • End drive systems include drive end cover and dead end cover

  • Center drive systems include center drive cover and 2 dead end covers

utilize a three ply polyethylene fabric and the sealing
technology to create a double seal with two dead air
spaces for the ultimate in sealing strength and

  • Edge finishing options include grommets and pocket hems to fit any installation

  • Standard reinforced taped edge is single stitched. All other edges use extra wide reinforced tape edge with durable double row stitching

  • Provides additional cooling by introducing shade in your greenhouse, patio or open sidewall barn

  • Helps to reduce UV-penetration

Roll-Up Curtain Systems

RollSeal's Roll-Up Curtain Systems are a single ply
curtain system that is an economical answer when
wind blockage is the primary requirement for your
operation.
The Roll-Up System is available in a single panel
system or a two panel stack system, where each panel
works independently to obtain a more optimum level
of cow comfort. The stacked system is the ideal
configuration where fresh air ventilation is
required above the animals; close the bottom to
keep animals warm, open the top to bring in fresh
air and ventilation.
Just like our patented Sidewall Systems, RollSeal's
Roll-Up Curtain Systems can be fully automated with
the use of an electronic controller.
